IT Support When You Need it Most
Our personal retainer packages ensure you have reliable tech support on hand whenever issues arise. Whether it's a computer glitch, a Wi-Fi issue or help with a new device, our friendly team is just a phone call away. We work to protect your devices around the clock, keeping you safe online.
Our monthly packages, starting from just $30 (ex GST) per month, are a cost-effective way to receive the support you need.
If our retainer packages don't suit your needs, we also do call-outs as required. Our standard call-out fee is $143 + GST within 30km of the Canberra CBD. After the first hour, we charge in 15min increments. For remote support, we charge $110 + GST for the first hour and in 15min increments after the initial hour.
