Our monthly packages, starting from just $150 (ex GST) per month, are a cost-effective way to get the support you need for your business. Completely customisable to work towards your business goals and objectives, as your managed service provider, we go above and beyond to save you time and stress when it comes to your tech.
If our retainer packages don't suit your needs, we also do call-outs as required. Our standard call-out fee is $150 + GST within 30km of the Canberra CBD. After the first hour, we charge in 15min increments. For remote support, we charge $120 + GST for the first hour and in 15min increments after the initial hour.
